This one is special to me as I wanted to relive my childhood memories of the place I was born in, Kolkata. I have been a Puneri all my life but deep down in my heart I still feel something very strongly for Kolkata. This place has given me some really good memories of my childhood. I miss this place for lot of reasons - favorite sweet "Rossogulla", mouth-watering chats (puchkas, singhadas and kachori-tarkaari), shopping places, kulhad wali chai nd mishti doi, ambassadors, trams, ghantiwala, hoogly river and what not... Since I could not capture all these things in my painting, I wanted to paint the structure that symbolizes the city - Howrah bridge!
